Terry Sterling is the Training Manager as well as a Senior Consultant at the Strategy Management Group (SMG) which included the Balanced Scorecard Institute and KPI.org.
Terry has more than 20 years of extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation utilizing the balanced scorecard methodology.
