Nichelle is the visionary behind the Annual Caribbean Strategy Summit (CSS), Founder for the Caribbean Strategy Association (CSA) and MD | Chief Strategy Officer at S+. She is certified by Balanced Scorecard Institute, affiliate of the George Washington University College of Professional Studies, as a Balanced Scorecard Professional™ (BSP), Key Performance indicators Associate™ (KPIA) and Objectives and Key Results Professional™(OKRP). In addition, she is the holder of a Master’s in Human Resources as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a number of Professional HR and Organisation Development Certifications.

At S+ she has led client engagements for Human Resource|Strategic Planning Solutions. Prior to Consulting she has been part of Executive Teams charged with the crafting and execution of a number of Corporate and Functional strategic Plans and Performance Management Systems utilizing the BSC methodology amongst other tools, both in the Private and Public Sector. Her experience spans close to (20) years at the Senior and Executive Management level supporting Group/ Country CEOs and Boards within various industries such as: Telecommunications, Retail, Technology, Manufacturing & Distribution, Education, Regional Community and National Development.
