Nichelle Granderson MBA BSP OKRP KPIA

S+ Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

This HR Expert | Strategist leads the design of strategic business solutions, business development, client interventions as well as client management and engagement for a wide spectrum of clients across the region.

She is certified by the Balanced Scorecard Institute and the George Washington University College of Professional Studies as a Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning Professional™ (BSP) and Key Performance indicators Associate™ (KPIA) and Objectives and Key Results Professional™(OKRP). In addition, she is the holder of a Master’s Degree in Human Resources as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a number of HR Professional Certifications: Saville™ Wave Psychometric User, Organisation Design, Train the Trainer, Competency Development, Industrial Relations.

Nichelle has led Strategic Planning Exercises and have been part of Executive Teams charged with the crafting and execution of a number of Corporate and Functional Plans utilizing the BSC methodology and tools, both in the Private and Public Sector. Her experience spans close to (20) years at the Senior and Executive Management level supporting Group/ Country CEOs and Boards, tasked with leading medium to large professional teams both in the Private and Public sector within various industries such as: Telecommunications, Retail, Technology, Manufacturing & Distribution, Education, Regional Community and National Development.

In her most recent roles, she was engaged as as a Senior Business Advisor/ Consultant at the Arthur Lok Jack, UWI; the HR Director for the Eastern Caribbean at Digicel Caribbean Ltd. and the Secretary General’s Office, CARICOM Secretariat as a HR/ Change Consultant. In past she has also lectured the HR Certificate Programme at UWI SOC and was Technical Programme Manager for YTEPPs Entrepreneurship Programme responsible for the oversight of the Programme and its various facilitators.

Nichelle has functioned both at an operational and strategic level in specialist areas such as: Strategic Planning, Organisation Design, Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, Governance, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR Information Systems. In addition, she is quite proficient in Organisation Effectiveness/ Analysis, HR Auditing, Readiness Assessments, Business Solution Model Conceptualisation and Policy |Tool design.

 

Sasha Dhoray, MBA BSA KPIA

Senior S+ Associate Consultant

Sasha Dhoray is a Senior S+ Associate Consultant with approximately twenty (20) years experience in Organization Development and Human Resources.

She has lead consultancies with medium to large private and public sector organizations across the region in her capacity as Director of the Organisation Design and Assessment Centre (ODAC) at the Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, UWI. In this role she has been tasked with business development, client interventions as well as client management and engagement

Apart from her MBA qualifications, Sasha is certified in Psychometric Testing Assessment Center Design and Administration, Behavioural Competency Based Management Systems, Change Management, Management Consulting, Organization Development, Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning, Organization Design and Organization Culture.

As organizations and countries grapple with the new normal, she is particularly interested in working with individuals, teams and organizations to align its strategy and operations (vision, strategy, people, systems and technology) to determine the hybrid employee and employer of the future.

 

Ceronne D. Bayley LLB (Hons) MBA

S+ Associate Consultant

Ceronne is a S+ Associate Consultant with over fifteen (15) years’ experience working with Boards and Senior Management in both the public and private sectors.

She specializes in, inter alia, the provision of Corporate Governance training, and Board support services to a number of companies and new business owners. She is also a member of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute.

A Corporate Secretary by profession, Ceronne is the holder of an International Masters in Business Administration, with Distinction, a Bachelor of Laws, with Honours, from the University of London and she is trained in Public Procurement Law and Practice from York University, Toronto Canada. She is currently pursuing chartered status as a Corporate Governance Professional from the Chartered Governance Institute (UK and Ireland).

Her career in the legal and corporate field started at the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation where she played an integral role in the Corporation. To date she has delivered corporate governance training, facilitated Public Relations Strategic Planning Workshops and development of PR plans and assisting various companies in the Insurance Brokerage industry to strengthen their corporate governance framework in accordance with CBTT guidelines.

Affiliations: Ceronne has led analysis and studies among patients with Multiple Sclerosis for the Multiple Sclerosis Support Foundation, geared toward improving the lives of those suffering with Multiple Sclerosis. She is also a member and volunteer at the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society and the founder and secretary of a non-profit organization called the Hydro Heroes Foundation that is mandated to serve and support those living with Hydrocephalus and their families.

 

Eric Hopkins II, MBA, BSc

S+ Associate Consultant

Eric is a S+ Associate Consultant specialising in Business Process Improvement including project management, organization design, team building, and optimising business operations in various international and regional organisations.

Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HULT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL—Shanghai, China and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from PRINCETON UNIVERSITY certified in Operations Research, Financial Engineering, and Management Systems

In his fifteen (15) year career some of his notable achievements have been decreased account opening time at Trinidad’s #1 bank by 48%, restructured financial and organization structure of $80 million USD for the Washington D.C. Public School division. His skillsets include: Process Mapping and Modeling, Process Optimization, Budgeting and Valuation, Project Management, Team Building, Organization Design, Optimization (RACI), Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning, Vendor Relationship Management.

Affiliations:  Each One Teach One (EOTO) - Taught math/english to primary school students, represented the charity arm on the Parish Council; Heliconia Foundation for Young Professionals, VP Policy - drafted budget recommendations/critiques for Trinidad and Tobago Gov’t, drafted COVID Recovery Document, among many other policy documents; Member of the Year, Rhode Island Young Professionals.

Radha Ramkhelawan, MSC, BSA, KPIA, PMBP

S+ Associate Consultant

Radha is a S+ Associate Consultant with approximately twelve (12) years’ experience in Strategy Management and Research & Development.

In her current role she leads the Strategic Management Process at the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT). Notably she developed a hybrid Framework for the organization, led operationalization exercises, aligned relevant policies and processes ensuring compliance with international ‘good governance’ guidelines.

 However, her pride and joy has been the design and programming of corporate balanced scorecards, which have decreased reporting turnaround time by 150%.

In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she is a qualified economist (MSC & BSC) with a skillset that includes: Anger Management & Conflict Resolution, Leadership & Change Management, Negotiation & Mediation, Personal Effectiveness & Time Management Skills, Emotional Intelligence & Working with Goal Oriented Teams. She is a certified Project Manager and Balanced Scorecard \ Key Performance Indicator Associate.

 To date she has been employed in many diverse organisations namely: NIBTT, Ministry of Health (MOH), Central Statistical Office (CSO) and Ministry of Finance and the Economy (MOFE) in several capacities, both in a managerial and consultative capacity. In her employ she conducted research and analysis of social, economic, financial and monetary elements.

 It is noteworthy that Radha has contributed to several publications inclusive of the NIBTT’s Strategic Plans, Staff Handbook, MOFE’s Review of the Economy, CSO’s Population/ Vital Statistics Report, and the MOH’s Country Social Determinants of Health Action Plan.

Therone Jack MBA BSC CIPD

S+ Associate Consultant

Therone is a S+ Associate Consultant with over (10) years’ experience in Organisational Change, Workforce Planning and Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion.

He is an experienced HR practitioner in the oil and gas industry, working for prestigious multinational organizations such as BP and SHELL. Additionally, he has had the opportunity to work for Heritage Petroleum, a reputable national oil and gas company in Trinidad and Tobago. Currently, Therone is employed with QatarEnergy in Doha, Qatar.

Therone Jack is a versatile Human Resource Business Partner and Consultant, from Trinidad and Tobago and presently resides in Qatar. Therone’s professional and personal pursuits are grounded in the values of Integrity, Respect, Courage, a Learner Mindset and Adaptability. Therone possesses a BSc. Social Work (First Class Honors) and a Master of Human Resource Management from The University of West Indies. He also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. Therone is a holder of certifications in Industrial Relations and Diversity and Inclusion for HR practitioners and holds Charted Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) membership.

He has had many notable achievements in his career thus far, namely: coordinating an integral change program at Shell Trinidad and Tobago Limited (STTL). The initiative developed a Cultural Competency Framework and toolkit, which upskilled over sixty Senior Leaders and Change-agents to effect cultural change at STTL; successfully crafting and implemented workforce planning programs which placed special emphasizing on leadership, business critical roles and niche skillsets; Managed and coordinated end to end recruitment programs for two large multinational companies in their growth phase. Which resulted in the employment and engagement of over five hundred persons; developed and operationalized talent management and mobility framework, policies and practices as well as developing and executing employee engagement initiatives and programs, resulting in notable and sustained improvement in organization engagement scores and climate.

Sweden Hewitt BA BSA

Business Development Officer

Sweden is a S+ Business Development Officer with over (10) years’ experience in Office Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Administrative Management.

She has recently acquired certification as a Balanced Scorecard Associate and holds a Post Graduate Certificate Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School - Heriot-Watt University. Sweden is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Planning.

On her down time this islander is a yoga/ fitness enthusiast and an avid member of the Toast Master’s Club.
